Life as my parents know it...
Dad: You know, one time your mom made me dinner, and it was like, corn, broccoli, and macaroni & cheese. I looked at her and said, "Where's the meat?"
Mom: Macaroni and cheese! Cheese has protein! Protein is in the meat group!
(Minutes later, we had to bring our waiter into the discussion to confirm that there was, in fact, no meat in that meal. Dottie Kemp never cooked it again. And that's how marriage starts!)
